Sarah and Andy – Calgary Engagement Session

Sarah and Andy live in Calgary, but are getting married in Edmonton this weekend. Because of all of our crazy schedules we were only just able to get their engagement session done last week. We lucked out (even with there being so many mosquitoes) and had gorgeous weather with beautiful light available for their session. They took us on a stroll through their neighbourhood and down into the Calgary’s river valley.

We’re looking forward to their wedding, not only because it promises to be an entertaining night with 2 sets by The Provincial Archive at the TransAlta Art Barns, but because they’re incredible people.

Sarah is doing something a little unique and a whole lot of awesome as part of their celebration. The day after the wedding, she’s shaving her head… yes, bald!

She is doing this to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society. She’s almost reached her goal of $10,000, and this week her dad will be matching donations! (up to the amount of $10,000). Donations can be made at www.wedhead.ca.
